💸 Refund Policy for Nodex25

At Nodex25, customer satisfaction is our priority. However, due to the nature of our services, certain refunds may be limited or conditional.

1. No Refund for Completed Services

Once a plan or service has been activated or funds have been pooled for collaborative financial operations, we are unable to issue refunds, except in cases of system error or unauthorized transactions.

2. Cancellation Before Activation

If you cancel your request before your selected plan has been processed or activated, a full refund may be issued. Please contact us immediately at support@nodex25.com.

3. Technical or Billing Errors

In the event of:

Duplicate transactions

Incorrect billing

System-related errors

You may be eligible for a refund. Email us with details at support@nodex25.com within 7 days of the transaction.

4. Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment method.
